- Delivery delays due to customs clearance, port congestion, or other force majeure events
- Items used, assembled, or altered after delivery
- Custom-made, special order, clearance, or sale items
How to request a return:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery

- Include:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the damage and packaging
- We will review your claim and provide return instructions
Condition of returned items:
- Must be unused
- Must be in original packaging with all parts, hardware, and accessories included
Refund process:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
